Los chatbots cada vez son más empleados por los usuarios ya que ofrecen varias ventajas. La existencia de estas herramientas en salud podrían funcionar como un primer filtro para satisfacer las necesidades básicas de atención médica. Se han desarrollado una serie de estas aplicaciones que proporcionan información, diagnóstico, manejo sobre diversas enfermedades.
